Shipping Guarantees

After we ship a product, it typically arrives within 3-7 business days depending on your geographical location.  If you place your order before 3PM EST Monday-Friday, the order will likely ship the same day.  Placing an order on the weekend may cause your order to be shipped on the next business day.  All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service unless the order becomes "oversized", which will ship via UPS.

Shipping Policies

We only ship to destinations in the United States of America.  All orders ship via U.S. Postal Service.

Shipping Rates

All shipping is provided at a $4.95 flat fee per-order rate.  Free shipping on all orders over $75!

Prescriptions

If you order both prescription and non-prescription items, the non-prescription items may ship separately to you.  There will be no additional shipping charges.

Shipping to a Different Address

If you want to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, make sure you UN-CHECK the "Yes, ship to this address" checkbox in Step 2 of your checkout process.  This will enable Step 3 where you can enter the shipping details including the address of the desired destination.

Split Your Order Between Two Shipping Addresses

If you want to divide your order and send certain products to one destination and the remaining products to a second location, you will need to place two separate orders.  During the checkout process, be sure to follow the directions in the section above titled "Shipping to a Different Address".

How To Track Your Order

PetMedPros.com does not offer tracking numbers on shipments sent via USPS.  However, for oversize orders that must go via UPS - we do provide a tracking ID provided by UPS in your "order status" section on our website.  If you need to login and check the status of your order, follow these steps:

1. Go to:  https://www.petmedpros.com/login.php
2. Sign-in using the email address and password you entered during checkout.  
   1. If you checked out as a guest, you should check your email inbox for a username and password that was sent to you.  If you have lost your password, select "Forgot your password?" and enter your email.  A link with instructions on how to reset your password will be emailed to the address you used when you placed your order.  If you continue to have trouble with this, contact customer service.
3. Once logged in, select "View Order Status" to see the status of your order.  Status updates occur multiple times throughout the day, so continue to check back if you are expecting an update.

Return Policy

We accept returns made within 4 weeks of purchase.   The item needs to be in original packaging and unopened or tampered with to be eligible for return.  A refund for the order amount minus the shipping charge will be given upon return of items.  Please call us at 877-351-7387 or email returns@petmedpros.com to obtain a return authorization before returning any items.  If you call, please have your order number ready.
